Our Inspiration

Some songs stay with you forever. For me, one of those songs is Bluebird by Miranda Lambert. Bluebird was one of the last songs my late husband and I enjoyed together before he passed. The lyric "Keep a light on in my soul, keep a bluebird in my heart" became a message I held onto—a reminder that no matter what life brings, hope and joy can always find their way back to us. That’s what Keep A Light On is all about. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I see every day how much we all need simple reminders—of resilience, of connection, of the little things that help us through. I created Keep A Light On to offer products and experiences that inspire hope, strength, and joy. Keep A Light On is honoring the ones we've lost by carrying their light forward. It’s about believing in yourself and knowing that you have what it takes to keep moving through whatever is in front of you.
